What do we do in the femoroacetabular impingement?

Labrum: Remodelation and/or reinsertion with suture anchors 1.4-1.7 diameter.

Chondroplasty and thermal stabilitation of cartilage.

Resection of some bone in PINCER type lesion.

Osteocondroplasty of the femoral neck in CAM type lesion.

Grafts for the labrum and cartilage deficiency.

Treatment of hip instability (Reconstruction/Plication) primary or secondary to previous surgery without capsular preservation

After the surgery its necesary to follow up some recomendations for a perfect recovery and rehabilitation.
